• All memberships run and bill month to month based on the day of initial enrollment.

  • Family/Multi member discounts are available- 2 members= 20% discount, 3 members= 30% discount (must be applied in person)

  • A member or guardian of a member must provide a full 30 days notice before draft/ billing date in order to cancel a membership and stop recurring billing on a month to month membership

  • Refunds partial or in total will not be provided unless a charge has been made in error by Legion MMA.

  • Prepaid memberships are non refundable, but transferable to existing or new members.

  • Contract memberships be put on hold for an indefinite time for $35/ month
