Duque Dupré (Head coach / Owner)
Duque began is martial arts journey as a matter of chance when he moved a few blocks away from a MMA school. It only took one class to redirect his life and put him on the full time path of martial arts which he’s been on for last 23 years. Early on Duque pursued a professional MMA career, honing his craft and gaining the needed training and experience to set foot into the cage. His first form of competition came in 2003 in Kickboxing and having his first amateur MMA fight in 2004. His love for all things violent led him in more than one direction- also fighting in pro boxing, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and Grappling competitions. Martial arts and training has always been a wholistic endeavor for him- seeking out the best and most experienced coaches in a wide array of disciplines in what ever region he’s lived in.

Amber’s first exposure to the martial arts world came when she joined and began training at NBS Boxing Gym in Raleigh, North Carolina. She then made her way to East Coast boxing where she started competing in USA boxing tournaments and soon began to make a mark in her local boxing circuit. With the time put in and the knowledge accrued Amber began to teach at East Coast Boxing. With a natural penchant for training it was only natural that she ended up taking on Jiu Jitsu with the same enthusiasm as boxing. Having been training and competing in Jiu Jitsu since 2017 Amber is an avid competitor and has a knack for teaching Kids.

Allie Cohen
Allie has an unwavering love for learning, accruing new skills and empowering others through education and training. She has been blessed with the opportunity to attend various seminars, courses and classes over the years such as Krav Maga, knife fighting, CrossFit, TacFit, firearm simulation drills and Latin dance. Allie is a weightlifting and bodybuilding enthusiast with an emphasis on nutrition. She has a deep love, respect and passion for the sport of kickboxing, the culture, the people, and the history. Not only is kickboxing an exceptional intense cardiovascular workout that is versatile to any level of ability and age, participants acquire and continue to learn skills and techniques that will diminish victim mentality. When asked why she does kickboxing, Allie responded, “because I freaking LOVE it and it’s life changing!”
