The Fitness Boxing / Kickboxing classes are centered around time tested methods used for ages to bring about some of best conditioned athletes in the world. A typical class will consist of 10-15 mins warming up with simple but effective calisthenics and body weight movements like push ups, lunges, plyometrics, The majority of the class (30-40 mins) is spent on the heavy bag or with a partner and pads working techniques and combos and that’s where you’re really going to sweat. The last portion of each class will be a short cool down period where core and ab movements will be incorporated.

The class is highly intense and physically demanding training session designed to push a persons limits and thrust them into the level of fitness and performance, The class is fast paced and consist of no actual boxing or kickboxing, but exercises used by fighters who are trying to get ready and in peak shape for an upcoming fight.
